Shippings:

For our shippings we work with MBE. The price depends on size, weight and volume of the product purchased. We have been sending our work worldwide since 2008 and we have experience in shipping, so all our products are properly packaged and protected so that they do not suffer damage during shipping. Even so, all shippings includes an insurance, so if your product has suffered any problem write us an email to: info@jaimemota.com and we will gladly solve the problem :)  

SPAIN (National shippings)

Domestic shipments (to the peninsula) usually take 3-5 business days and the price ranges from € 10 to € 30, depending on the size and volume of the selected product. If an urgent shipment is required, it must be specified previously through our contact page and you will have an extra charge to the shipping price.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipments usually take 5-10 business days and the price ranges from € 15 to € 45, depending on the destination of the product and the size and volume of the selected product. If an urgent shipment is required, it must also be specified previously through our contact page and you will have an extra charge to the shipping price. 

Our materials

In an optimal state of preservation our photographs last more than 30 years !! That is because we work with high-end products to offer our customers the highest possible quality.

Returns

If your purchase does not convince you, or has suffered any damage, you have 15 days to return our products

Returns will be valid as long as the photograph is kept in perfect condition. The products may be exchanged for a product of the same price, or else the customer must pay the difference.

To make the return online, send us an email to info@jaimemota.com detailing the subject "Return" + your order number.
